Meet The Team

Linda McAlister - Owner / Lead Agent (Los Angeles / Texas)

Linda was born into the movie business. Her father, Carlton Mann, was a drive-in theater and in-door theater owner for over 50 years. Her first jobs in the industry was picking up trash and working in the snack bar at her father's drive-in theater.  Her three children, Scarlett McAlister, Patrick McAlister and Molly McAlister are either talent in the agency or agents. It is a family run business with deep industry roots. She has been involved in legislative efforts working for rebates/incentives for the state of Texas' moving image industry since 1999. She was one of the six creators of the Texas Media Production Alliance, a successful trade organization and is now on the board of TXMPA. Linda is a member of Texas Media Production Alliance (board member) Dallas Producers Association, and Women In Film. Linda's passion for movies and television began at birth and continue on in a legacy started by her father.

Outside of work, you can find Linda seeking out the scariest roller coasters at 6 Flags and other amusement parks. She enjoys her 12 acre funny farm in Waxahachie and loves animals of all shapes and sizes.

Molly McAlister - Commercial / Industrial / Print Agent (Texas)

Jacki Von Preysing - Film / Television Assistant (Los Angeles)

Jacki hails from the East coast and has a bachelor’s degree in theatre from Florida State University.  Having worked in multiple areas of the film industry, including casting, production, marketing and on screen talent, she joined the LMT team in Los Angeles in August 2017. She has a passion for helping actors achieve their goals both on screen and off, and looks to help engage talent in professional marketing and development of materials for the film industry. She is excited to help talent hone their skills and expand their professional networks!

When not in the office, Jacki pursues her industry talents as an actress and comedic writer with her multiple sketch troupes. She is constantly baking (mostly cookies), hiking, taking day trips to Disneyland, and will never say no to a Taco Bell or coffee run.

Becky Turner - Film / Television Assistant (Texas)

Becky has been a performer since she was five years old. She began piano lessons and sang in school and church choirs. Those activities continued until the music theater bug bit in high school. She would sing Streisand songs at any party she could and in whatever stage production she could find. She has a Bachelor Degree in Music Education from Baylor University. Becky taught piano and voice after graduation in a private studio in her home for 25 years and also taught public school.

In 2004 while living in Edmond, Oklahoma she began to take on camera classes with Chris Freihofer. Becky and her family relocated back to her home state of Texas in 2006.  She took an on camera class taught by Scarlett McAlister and  signed with the Linda McAlister Agency. She specifically wanted to sign with Linda because Linda lived in Waxahachie! The dream came true and she has been with Linda for 12 years. What a blessing to now be on her staff!

When she is not working or studying, she loves to be with her family!! Randy, her husband of 33 years, her two daughters Heather and Lauren and her two grandons, Stuart and Grant.

Patrick McAlister - Voiceover Assistant (Texas)

Patrick took an interest in acting as a teenager and later toured with the stage show “Barney’s Colorful World” performing as the purple dinosaur himself. Later he took an interest in voice over acting. After graduating with a degree in audio engineering, he took a hiatus from the industry, and later returned to Film/TV and joined LMT as the Voiceover Assistant in 2014.

In his spare time, Patrick enjoys cooking, acting, writing music, and traveling. He’s currently the lead guitarist for the Mo Robson Band. If he’s not in Texas, you can find him skiing in Colorado, or on a road trip to a random destination.

Brianna has been working in the entertainment industry for over a decade. She holds a Communications Degree in Digital Media with an emphasis on film production and broadcast television. She has worked in the industry in many different roles--producer, talent agent, theatre managing director, voice actor and photographer--gaining a rounded view of the industry based on her experience in various positions.

She first joined the staff at LMT in 2014 working in the film and television division for the Texas office for several years. She took a hiatus to focus on other things for a while, and then returned in 2021, this time teaming up with Molly in the commercial division.

Outside of the office, Brianna also pursues her career as a voice actor. You can also often find her performing on stage with local theaters. She likes reading, photography and being out in nature. She loves marine biology and enjoys caring for her 60 gallon tank of tropical fish. She also likes to indulge in chocolate chip cookies, waffles and coffee (not all at the same time...well, maybe).
